What Makes Your First Visit Different
We built this practice to be the office people actually look forward to. Friendly, unhurried and genuinely high-tech. Dr. Alegre takes the time to listen before he ever picks up an instrument and he’ll recommend the most conservative option that keeps your teeth healthy. You’ll never be talked into treatment you don’t need and you’ll always understand why something is recommended before you decide.

What to Expect, Step By Step
- A warm welcome
Arrive about 10 minutes early to complete your new-patient paperwork. Our team will get you settled and comfortable. - Meet Dr. Alegre
We start with a conversation, not a drill. Tell us what’s brought you in, what’s bothered you in the past and what you’d like your smile to look and feel like. - A comprehensive exam
Using digital imaging, we evaluate your teeth, gums, bite and jaw joints, and complete an oral cancer screening. Everything is captured on screen so you can see exactly what we see. - We review the findings together
Dr. Alegre walks you through your images and explains what’s healthy, what needs attention and what can simply be watched. - Your personalized plan
You leave with a clear, written treatment plan built around your health, your timeline and your budget, plus honest answers about insurance and financing.

Types of Screening
- Comprehensive oral exam — a full look at teeth, existing dental work, and soft tissues
- Digital, low-radiation X-rays — sharper images with a fraction of the radiation of old film
- Oral cancer screening — quick, painless, and potentially life-saving
- Gum (periodontal) evaluation — because healthy teeth start with healthy gums
- Bite and jaw-joint (TMJ) check — to catch grinding, clenching, and alignment issues early
- Smile evaluation — if cosmetic improvements are on your mind, we'll talk through your options

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a new patient visit cost?
New patients can take advantage of our $99 special, which includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, and more. We'll always review any additional costs with you before treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card (if you have one), and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent X-rays from a previous dentist, those are helpful too.
How long will my first visit take?
Plan for about an hour to an hour and a half. We'd rather be thorough on your first visit than rush it.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most PPO dental plans and will file your claims for you. Call us and we're happy to check your specific plan.
Do you see children and families?
Yes, we're a general and family practice and welcome patients starting around 9. We feel it is better that younger patients see a pediatric dentist.
